David is the founder of River Park Group. David has over 20 years of direct investment, management, and finance experience in various roles and industries. At River Park, he is focused on building long-standing partnerships with growing small businesses. He is passionate about working alongside owners and businesses that are committed to seeing everyone succeed.

Prior to founding River Park, David was a Principal at Salem Investment Partners, a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC") in North Carolina, where he was involved in all facets of the investment process which included sourcing, executing, and managing investments across a broad range of industries and structures. Before joining Salem, David was an Associate with e-bitda LLC, a boutique investment bank providing corporate finance advisory services to lower middle market companies. He also advised small business owners and non-profits on growth initiatives as an independent consultant. David began his career in the Public Finance Group at Bear Stearns. At Bear he structured, priced, and provided quantitative and analytical support for a variety of debt transactions.

Having grown up in New York City he now resides in North Carolina. Outside of the office David loves to spend time with his wife and two children. He is involved with his church and enjoys traveling, fishing, and rooting for the Steelers.

For over 30 years Reggie has advised and invested in middle market businesses throughout U.S., Canada, and Mexico across a variety of industries and sectors including education, software, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, business services, industrial, semiconductor, and building materials. Reggie comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and small business owners, and he learned early in life that small businesses are the heartbeat of our economy.

At River Park, Reggie is involved in all aspects of the investment process. In addition to his work at River Park Group, Reggie is the Managing Partner of e-bitda, LLC an investment banking advisory firm raising capital and providing general corporate advisory and mergers and acquisition services to private middle market companies. Prior to e-bitda, LLC Reggie was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and public and corporate finance transactions in a variety of product and industry groups. Reggie’s professional career started at the Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville, TN as an Earthquake Engineering & Structural Dynamics Analyst, in their Division of Nuclear Engineering, within the Nuclear Power Group.

Having grown up in Rochester, NY he now resides in New York City. Outside of the office Reggie likes to spend time with his family. He is involved with his church and enjoys golf, fishing, snowboarding, and rooting for all the sports teams in the University of Tennessee Volunteer nation.
